This policy covers tlezz.com, run by Tlezz Corp, Ontario, Canada.
What our forms collect
- Call me back and booking forms: name, phone, email, company, interest, preferred times, notes or message, the time you pick and your timezone.
- 500 Lead Pack order form: full name, email, phone, company, services, service area, number of crews, biggest leak and notes.
- Free visibility audit form: name, email, company and revenue range.
We also record the page you came from and campaign tags (UTM) when present.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about your request. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tlezz never sees your card number.
Deletion requests
To have your information deleted, email hello@tlezz.com.
